\nWe ship all over Europe. Shipments in Italy are via UPS courier.
\nFor deliveries in Italy there is a charge of \u20ac 8.00, free for orders over \u20ac 80.00.<\/strong><\/span>
\nFor deliveries in Europe the fee is \u20ac 10.00, free for orders over \u20ac 100.00.<\/strong><\/span>
\nFor deliveries in Switzerland the fee is \u20ac 20.00.<\/strong><\/span> Free for orders over \u20ac 100.00.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nAn official invoice that details all the items being shipped and their value in Euros accompany all purchases made in TERRE DEL GARDA S.r.l.<\/p>\n

DELIVERY TIMING<\/b>
\nThe express delivery service is intended for all orders weighing less than 15 kg (perfume, beauty products, etc.).
\nOrders placed after 12:00 pm local time will be shipped on the next business day from the date on which the order has been placed. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.
\nTERRE DEL GARDA will process your order within the next business day of the date of the purchase and it is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.
\n Large Products Delivery <\/b>
\nThe above delivery timing applies to all products weighing less than 15 kg. For heavier items, a \u201cLarge product\u201d shipping service will be used and the delivery time may be up to 10 business days.

NON-DELIVERY<\/b>
\nWe recommend the utmost precision when detailing your shipping address. After a failed delivery, the package(s) is most likely to return to our warehouse at the expense of the Customer and such shipping amounts will be deducted by TERRE DEL GARDA from any refund request by the Customer. If you would like to have the merchandise re-delivered, you will be responsible for the re-delivery fee of \u20ac 10.<\/p>\n

ORDER WITHDRAWAL<\/b>

RETURNING DEFECTIVE OR NON CONFORMING ITEMS<\/b>

\n– Once we receive the client\u2019s return request, the Customer Service department of TERRE DEL GARDA Srl will send the customer an email confirmation and instructions on item shipment by the customer. Item returning shipment will be arranged within 2 business days from the date of the return authorization email.
\n– Products must be returned in the same conditions in which they were originally shipped and packaged appropriately.<\/p>\n

TERRE DEL GARDA S.r.l. reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returning defective merchandise and before bearing the shipping costs to its store premises .
