In case of non-delivery due to absence of the recipient to the address specified in the order form, the courier will leave the recipient a notice of passage. In the case of a refund, the amount of the order alone will be credited, excluding shipping costs (if any).
Once the return request has been received, the Customer Service office of Terre del Garda S.r.l. will send the customer an email confirming and withdrawing information from the customer; withdrawal that will be arranged within 2 days. from the return authorization email.
Terre del Garda S.r.l. will take care of the booking of the collection and send the courier to the address indicated by the customer, sending the customer an email indicating the day of collection.
